To check for firmware updates for your JetForce Pro, download the PIEPS APP on your smartphone or tablet using the links below or by searching 'PIEPS' in your app store.

Follow the in-app instructions to airdrop the latest firmware updates to your pack. If needed, you can also refer to the video above for guidance.

If you do not have access to a smartphone or tablet to perform the update yourself, you may contact our service team via warranty@bdel.com to ask for assistance.

- Check for firmware updates frequently throughout the season.
- Register your JetForce and/or Transceiver to receive important information and notifications of updates directly.
- Remember to check the status on the UI handle before and during time in avalanche terrain.
