Materials

Early-morning tours, spring ski-mountaineering missions and in-bounds storm days—the Black Diamond Dawn Patrol 25 Pack is a lightweight, 25-liter pack made with 100% recycled main body fabrics and essential features for the backcountry.

The front snow safety pocket stores your avalanche safety kit, and an oversized insulated shoulder pocket holds a hydration tube, soft flask or radio. The pack’s form-fitting suspension provides a contoured, body-hugging fit, while the zippered back-panel access provides easy entry. Large hip-belt pockets are purpose-built to store skins for the downhill, and exterior attachment points accommodate skis, snowboards, helmet, and piolets.

Impressive Performance

After multiple backcountry adventures and expeditions, I am very pleased with the performance of this backpack. Awesome addition

I needed a 2nd avy/everyday/patrol pack, seeing as my primary only moves during rescue. This pack does it all - packs well, rides the lift with only the waist belt secured, and disappears when I ski. Just enough pockets to keep essentials handy w/o creating a black-hole.

Perfect!

Everything you need, nothing you don't

Remarkably ergonomic backpack, with all the storage you need, exactly where you need it, without any of the bulk. Materials down to the straps and padding are high quality and durable. I feel very confident I'll rely on this bag for years to come.
